About the large group classes

Legs with Bruce- a 60 minute leg workout hosted by Bruce! Test your strength and learn new workout and skills to strengthen your legs and lower body. 

Glutes, Guts, and Guns- Glutes, guts, and guns, is just what it sounds like! Do a full body workout and feel good about it after! 

100 Reps with Mindy- 100 Reps is just as it sounds! Each station and workout is set up to do 100 reps per set. You'll feel the burn and have fun while doing it!

Bootcamp with Mindy- Join Mindy on Wednesday nights for a fitness bootcamp! You'll leave happy and feeling like you did some good work.

Beginners Bootcamp with Mindy- Join Mindy on Sunday for a full body bootcamp perfect for all levels of fitness. This is a great class to get started on your fitness journey while having fun!

Yoga with Lori- Lori coaches yoga for beginners and for pros! After a long week of cardio and weightlifting, yoga is great to incorporate into your fitness and relaxation routines.

Lower Back with Pam- On the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, Pam is hosting her lower back strengthening and stretching! This class is a dime a dozen and fills up fast, so reserve your spots with Pam as soon as you can.
